Women Only Training
Get a fit strong healthy toned body while practicing some modern practical self defence moves in a nice friendly non-competitive atmosphere. Based on a mix of Martial arts and modern self defence training, I have developed after spending a life time studying and training in fitness and the martial arts industry.
I have been a professional instructor for the past 30 years. I have developed the ultimate fitness and practical self defence training program for any woman. I use influences from:

- Contact karate
- Kick Boxing
- Judo
- Ju jitsu
- Kick-box-Aerobics
- Aikido
- Cage fighting Mma
Added benefits of this type of training for women include practical self defence, circuit training and flexibility training. Intensive fat burning and toning workouts is fantastic for women who want to target upper legs inside and out, bums, tums, back of upper arms, target tone upper and lower back in a fun high energy informal atmosphere.

Open 7 days a week, 7am to 9pm. A full time private fitness studio covering Herfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
I have trained with Billy for over 18 years in that time I have achieved my black belt in taekwondo and achieved a high level in kickboxing. His work outs are fun and in my opinion a great cardio work out, the classes are a great way to release stress.
