Box Fitness for Women
My box fit class for women are very similar to the men's classes. We do same type of boxing class and I will teach you real boxing and make no mistake we will spar box each other, just like I do in the men's classes, if you want that type of training, if not just boxing training no sparring! We will work more on my '3' '5' and '7' set speed punching working up to my 11 and 15 set punching for practical street self defence. This type of training is high intensity interval training so it will increase your fitness level and in doing so you will develop excellent "accuracy timing speed and power". We will also work on my one strike take down in this class, that's if you are training for self defence. Every one is welcome from the age 10 years upwards.
In this class we will do a lot of core strength, abdominals, stomach, waistline, legs, upper thighs, glutes, back toning and the back of upper arms triceps. Its important that each individual client tells me before they start training what their main goals are whether their training is to loose weight and get a fit healthy body, inside and out, or if you are training to learn how to defend your self in a street situation.

- We do a waist work out in all these classes so you tone your body all over
- You will become more mobile and flexible
- You will become more confident in self defence, if that's what you want to achieve
- I want you to be aware if you want a fit, healthy toned body it's life style so that's training and healthy eating that's what gets you fit and makes you loose weight and gets you a fit healthy body it's not dieting
- I want you to feel good about yourself when you leave after one of my classes

I have been training with Billy for 6 month doing his box-fit conditioning classes. I have lost a stone in weight, my tummy is flatter, my thighs and bottom are now a lot more firmer and my upper arms don't sag anymore *fantastic*. All my friends have noticed how much my body has changed and now they all want to train with Billy. Massive results in just 6 months and the classes are really enjoyable and fun.
